Our multiple award-winning team includes two ICF (International Coach Federation) Master Certified Coaches (MCC) and five Professional Certified Coaches (PCC). We have decades of national and global experience as corporate executives, entrepreneurs, educators, trainers, and facilitators in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. These diverse backgrounds have formed our understanding of the challenges that organizations face in this fast-changing world.

We are also Certified Executive Coaches. Several of our coaches are faculty members in the well-regarded Certified Executive Coach Program at Royal Roads University in Victoria, Canada. Other team members are audit coaches in this program. Our Excelerator Coaching™ System forms part of the core curriculum in the Royal Roads University Executive Coaching Program.
