Grounded in co-created trust, authenticity, and connection, our clients dive into the challenges they choose to take on. Our skilled coaches use a framework of inquiry that helps people find their own answers, successfully handle difficulties, redefine and generate new direction and purpose. These empowered people positively influence their co-workers, families, friends, and this effect widens into our larger community.

I recently received my Accredited Certified Coach (ACC), and throughout the process, my one-to-one coaching has evolved. I originally thought that coaching others would be a challenge for me, before I truly understood the coaching process with Essential Impact. I found that coaching is all about attentive listening, being curious and asking strategic questions, which truly allows the coachee to be heard. It is my experience that after the coaching session, people are empowered to act on their thoughts, plans and commitments because of the clarity they had gained.
I also appreciate the Strength Deployment Inventory because it allows me to better understand my colleague's motivations and their reactions in conflict. This puts me at ease, because I am able to accept and understand who people are, and I realize that conflict isn't about me. Through this, I have a greater understanding of the other person and I am able to effectively communicate with them.
