   We are recognized as leaders in the coaching industry. Our clients have won local, national, and global Prism Awards from the International Coach Federation (ICF). The Prism Award honors a company’s commitment to coaching as a leadership strategy to accomplish business goals. We have also received the International Coaching for Charity Award (C4C), a collaborative acknowledgement from Cincinnati-based Sherpa Coaching and Marshall Goldsmith, one the world's foremost executive coaches.

 

 

CANADIAN COACH OF THE YEAR thin pipe CAROLLYNE CONLINN MBA, MPH, MCC thin pipe 2008-2009

Carollyne Conlinn won the Canadian Coach of the Year Award in 2008-2009 for her pioneering coaching work, for co-creating the Exceleratorâ„¢ coaching model, and for being a leader in coach training.

MARSHALL GOLDSMITH & SHERPA COACHING INTERNATIONAL COACHING FOR CHARITY AWARD thin pipe 2013

Legacy Church of the Nazarene & Essential Impact In 2013 we received the International Coaching for Charity Award (C4C). This award is given to executive coaches who work with non-profit organizations in their community. Essential Impact helped the Legacy Church of the Nazarene shift from a staff-driven to a successful volunteer-based business model. Other initiatives that followed included a community garden and a food bank.

 

ICF PRISM AWARD thin pipe ICF INTERNATIONAL thin pipe 2011 JOEY Restaurant Group & Essential Impact

In 2011 our client, JOEY Restaurant Group, won the ICF International Prism Award. This puts JOEY in select company: other International Prism Award winners include NASA, Genentech, IBM, MCI, BBC, Deloitte Touche, and Verizon Business.

 

ICF PRISM AWARD thin pipe VANCOUVER CHAPTER thin pipe 2010 Surrey Food Bank & Essential Impact

This ICF Vancouver Prism Award was awarded to the Surrey Food Bank and Essential Impact for coaching of the leadership team, board members, and all administrative staff. This systemic coaching program resulted in donation increase during a recession, dramatic decrease in staff turnover, and numerous business leadership awards.

 

BETTERING THE BANK AWARD thin pipe SURREY FOOD BANK thin pipe 2008 River Coaching Group & Essential Impact

This award was given by the Surrey Food Bank to David Busse, his Royal Roads University Certified Executive Coaching Team (the River Group), and Essential Impact in recognition of their coaching work.

 

ICF PRISM AWARD thin pipe VANCOUVER CHAPTER thin pipe 2005 University of British Columbia & Essential Impact

In 2005 our partner UBC won the ICF Vancouver Prism Award for their innovative intranet coaching program that was available to all UBC staff.
