Elizabeth Bulbrook M.A., J.D.

Elizabeth received her J.D. in Law from the University of British Columbia. During her degree, Elizabeth was selected to take part in the Innocence Project and the Criminal Clinic. Prior to studying law, she received her B.A. from Simon Fraser University, where she focused on archaeology and political science. Elizabeth then received her Master’s in Underwater Archaeology and Maritime Studies at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. She presented her dissertation at the Canadian Association of Archaeology conference in Ottawa. Elizabeth brings extensive professional experience working with First Nations to her articling position. She has instructed a wide variety of courses at Northwest Community College, which centered on Archaeology and First Nations issues. Elizabeth acted as a Reconciliation Coordinator for the Council of the Haida Nation and was the Heritage Coordinator for the Haida Heritage and Forest Guardians.
