Farm To Kitchen Connection Signup Form

A food subscription service for lovers of fresh organic vegetables, flowers, and herbs.

The Package

Farm To Kitchen Connection subscribers buy shares for an annual fee, prior to the growing season. This buys a generous amount of fresh organic produce, beginning in early summer, as conditions permit. The weekly pick-up will be ready for bagging at the farm on Wednesdays from 3 to 7 p.m.  As always, shares include PYO flowers and herbs during the share season, plus a 10% discount on plants during the spring greenhouse season.

 

Summer Share

 

$450 Provides enough variety of great tasting organic vegetables to supplement a week's worth of meals. Cut your own flowers and herbs throughout the season.

Fall Share

 $200 Provides ample amounts of fresh and storage vegetables from October through November. Shares may include: broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots, leeks, celeriac, brussels sprouts, potatoes, spinach, beets, winter squash, pumpkins, onions, and garlic.

Full-Season Share

 

$625 Purchase the Summer and Fall Shares together to receive a half year's worth of organic veggies!

For those interested in spreading out payments for the Summer or Full-Season Shares, we offer the following plans:

  • 3 checks (Full-Season Share)

First check: $225—either plan, with enrollment form.

        Summer Share—balance of $225, post-dated check for July 15, 2015

    OR
        Full-Season Share

  • check #2, $200, post-dated check for July 15, 2015
  • check #3, balance of $200, post-dated for check August 15, 2015.

Please make all checks payable to Golden Russet Farm and send all with the form. We will hold the July/August payment checks until their due dates. This simplifies our bookkeeping and eliminates the need for follow-up reminders.

Be A Good Neighbor—The VT Farm Share Program

Help other families join the FTKC community and eat good vegetables too! A tax-deductible contribution to NOFA-VT’s “VT Farm Share” program (see program description) will help. This program subsidizes Share prices for income-eligible households by matching farm-raised funds dollar-for-dollar. Please include a check payable to “NOFA-VT” with your F-T-K enrollment.
